Abstract:

To constitute a device for treating a material, particularly, a food so that rapid recovery of dried air in condensation of a large quantity of steam can be performed without flowing of mixing condensation through an equipment outflow port.

The device for treating a material, particularly, a food comprises a condensation device formed within a cooking chamber 2. The condensation device comprises an injector nozzle 16 and a condensation space 23. The condensation space is formed as a recessed part 12 within the bottom of the cooking chamber. The injector nozzle 16 is provided in the inner part of the pressure area 13 of an inside air blower 5. The recessed part 12 used as the condensation space is extended into the cooking chamber 2 with the pressure area 13 of a blower chamber 4 as a starting point.
