PURPOSE: To restrain occurrence of cold-draft and to prevent the surface of a windshield pane from clacking, by applying planar heating elements which are composed of heating element blocks, over zones defined on the surface of the windshield pane, so as to create a temperature distribution over the time and the surface.
CONSTITUTION: Planar-heating elements 3 composed of heating element blocks, are applied over zones of defined on the outer surface of a windshield pane 1. The heating elements 3 for the zones are controlled in accordance with control signals delivered from a temperature control unit 4 so as to create a temperature distribution over the time and the surface. As a result, occurrence of cold-draft from the surface of the windshield pane 1 is restrained and cold radiation from the outside is blocked while heat is radiated on the accommodation room side so as to hold a comfortable accommodation condition. Further, it is possible to prevent the surface of the windshield pane 1 from clacking due to an extreme temperature difference between the outside temperature and the surface 3 of the windshield pane.
