A device holding apparatus 1 comprises: a loading part 2 for holding a bottom surface of a housing; and a longitudinal direction adjusting mechanism 3 which makes the loading part 2 movable in a vertical direction and performs positioning at a predetermined position. The device holding apparatus 1 also comprises: a falling prevention part 4 for regulating a wobble of the housing in a horizontal direction at an upper part of the housing; and a horizontal direction adjusting mechanism 5 which makes the falling prevention part 4 movable in a horizontal direction and performs positioning at a predetermined position. And the falling prevention part 4 includes a vertical direction adjusting mechanism 45 which can move in a vertical direction and can perform positioning at a predetermined position.
