Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently remove copper powder, etc., by placing plural cartridge filters arranged in parallel in a filter housing having a plating soln. inlet at its lower part, providing an outlet for the plating soln. on the upper side face of the housing and furnishing a center lid for holding the filter.
CONSTITUTION: Plural cartridge filters 5 arranged in parallel are placed in a filter housing 8 having an inlet 13 for a plating soln. at its lower part. An outlet 14 for the filtered plating soln. is provided on the upper side face of the housing 8, a press rod 19 is furnished at the center to press a center lid 11 holding the filters 5, an upper lid 16 which is inclined upward toward the outlet 14 and capable of being freely opened and closed is provided, hence the housing 8 is pressurized, and the plating soln. is filtered. Consequently, air and soln. are not retained in the housing, the soln. is efficiently filtered, and copper powder, etc., are perfectly removed.
