Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent bulk cargo which is being loaded from invading a deck hangar by covering the front side of the hangar with a large panel when folded decks are housed.
CONSTITUTION: Folding decks 6 of each floor under a large panel 15 are housed at fixed guide rail parts under a fixed deck 16 being folded along the guide rails of side decks 2, the panel supporter 22 is made to go back, the large panel 15 is let to be rotated around a pin 21, for example, by winching operation, etc. and the front side of the hangar which has housed the folded decks 6 is let to be closed. Simultaneously with these operations the side decks 2 and the end deck 14 are lifted and piled up to be stored on the top of the hold.
