PURPOSE: To wash a joint part with a liquid flow without removing it and without polluting the inside and outside by securing the sequential control of the rotation motions of multiple valves with the initial coupling of the notches of a first valve by the axial movement of fingers, making the secondary coupling of fingers with the notches of a second valve after the first valve is rotated, and rotating the second valve.
CONSTITUTION: When a bush 16 is continuously moved by the action of a jack, multiple fingers 27 are coupled with multiple notches 24a of multiple disks 24, then the disks 24 are rotated. A valve 20 is rotated on its axis at the angle of 90° by a recess 7b to orient an opening. When the fingers 27 are continuously moved, they are separated from multiple notches 24a and are guided into multiple notches 11 a, thus the fingers 27 likewise secure the control of multiple disks 11 combined with a valve 7, i.e., the spherical lug of the valve 7 is coupled with the opening of a hole, and the valve 7 is freely rotated at 90° to occupy an open position.
