Besides, a monitor 7 displaying the enlarged image fetched through a camera 6 is provided for inspecting a small-screen LCD panel 5. Then, the defective part is detected by abutting a probe 4 on the secondary image displayed on the monitor 7. Besides, a transparent tablet 9 is also stuck on the screen of the monitor 7 and information related to the position or the distribution of the defective part is also transferred to the computing element 2.
