Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an inspection device which can easily and rapidly inspect a lock mechanism for an elevator car door.
CONSTITUTION: An inspection device comprised of an operation mode selecting means 6 which can set at least a maintenance and inspection mode, and means for energizing an electromagnetic coil 12 when the operation mode selecting means 6 selects the maintenance and operation mode so as to prevent occurrence of erroneous operation in a steady-state condition, the operation mode selecting means 6 being located in the vicinity of an engaging member 11 and hook parts 7a, 8a so as to easily and rapidly confirm the operation of the engaging member 11 caused by the operation mode selecting means 6.
