Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform total inspection in high productivity, high accuracy and high probability in relation to the presence of actual adhesion defect in the face and side boards forming a paper container.
SOLUTION: A device 10 for inspecting the presence of adhesion defect in the paper container 1 comprises: an opening tool 20 for opening the adhered portion of the face boards 3 and 4 or side boards 5 and 6 at a forcibly open amount (b) by which the adhered portion does not peel in the normal adhesion state of the flaps 5A and 6A but peels in the defective state; a detection means 30 for detecting the open amount (c) remaining on the face or side board under the influence of opening operation after releasing the tool 20 from the opened face or side board; and a decision means 40 for deciding that adhesion of the flap is defective when the detected remaining open amount (c) exceeds a reference value (d).
