Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prepare a consistent schedule and estimate a manufacturing factory.
SOLUTION: When a procedure is started, initialization is executed, the cross-sectional area of each duct is calculated and each duct unit weight is calculated from the cross-sectional area. Next the total weight W of each duct is obtained to obtain the temporary number of blocks corresponding to division. After then, the number of necessary molding flasks is calculated at s19 and based on the installing constructing schedule of a previously set duct, and based on the number of blocks and a previously set manufacturing cycle, the manufacturing schedule of the block whose finish time is previously period before the completion of an installing constructing schedule at s21. At a continual s22, the day manufacturing quantity of the block is calculated and smoothed and after then the arrangement of optimum molding flask on a bed of each manufacturing day is decided based on the smoothed day manufacturing quantity, the kind and the number of molding frames to use the present day and the dimension of a bed. Then the necessary and maximum number of the beds are estimated by the arrangement of optimum molding flasks.
