Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for instantaneously producing juice while operating at high speed by providing a fruit conveying mechanism to a supplying mechanism equipped with a fruit cutting mechanism, and a guiding means for guiding two divided orange half bodies to a squeeze bolster. CONSTITUTION: A fruit individual 17 is slid from a storage means for fruit individual to a toboggan 15, the fruit individual is conveyed to a stationary flat blade 18 and an arch-shaped squeezer 19, and a fruit 27 is pressed and cut into two divided half bodies. The respective divided half bodies are guided through buffles 28 and 29 to squeeze caps 30 and 31, and the fruit is squeezed as a whole. The refuge of squeezing is discharged through lower buffle plates 35 and 36 and juice is collected through a sieve 38 into a lower container 37.
