PURPOSE: Title device and instrument that is equipped with the drawing and taking- up device in face to face with the spinning panel and further a means for changing the yarn path between them, thus permitting prompt and safe operation for removing broken yarns at spinning start.

CONSTITUTION: Filaments F extruded from spinning chimney 1 are taken off and treated with a finishing oil by spinning panel 14, then led through rollers 17, 17' for changing the direction of filament path to drawing and taking-up device 16 where they are passed through feed rollers 4, 4', draw rollers 5, 6, and 7, then taken up on bobbin 11.
