Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operating safety and productive efficiency by making it easy to take a working position toward a processing device on upstream and downstream lines even when blocks are formed after inversion.
SOLUTION: An upstream line 2 is set at a lower level and a downstream line 3 at an upper level, and an inverting unit 5 is provided in an installation space 4 formed between the lines. The rotary central shaft 5b of the inverting unit is placed in a vertically bifurcating position between the upstream and downstream lines 2, 3, and after a workpiece 6 conveyed on the upstream line 2 is received by an arm 5c or 5d that has been stopped to correspond to the upstream line 2 when the rotary central shaft 5b stopped, the workpiece 6 is turned upside down by rotating the rotary central shaft 5b by 180 degrees, and is delivered to the downstream line 3 from the arm 5c or 5d.
