PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly isolate a ticket from a coin by holding both isolating rollers to be close to each other even when carrying rollers are simultaneously blocked with plural coins. SOLUTION: A pair of isolating rollers 15 and 18 for isolating a reference ticket from a coin are provided so as to be made approach and separated. A pair of carrying rollers are provided so as to be faced to each other at the lower part of the isolating rollers 15 and 18. The coins isolated by the isolating rollers 15 and 18 are carried to a coin collecting box or the like by the both carrying rollers. A twisting coil spring 29 is provided at the both end parts of one isolating roller 18, and the both isolating rollers 15 and 18 are energized to the approaching direction by this twisting coil spring 29. Then, even when a frame 13 supporting one isolating roller 18 is moved a little bit according as the both carrying rollers are blocked with the plural coins, the isolating rollers 15 and 18 can be prevented from being separated by the elastic force of the twisting coil spring 19.
