Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high quality product by enabling a laminate film to be sent unwrinkled into a laminate roll by a method wherein a curved plate which guides the laminate film is so arranged as to be able to move vertically at a front position of the laminate roll.
CONSTITUTION: In a device for lamination which laminates a laminate film 5 consisting of acrylic resin or the like on an outer surface of materials consisting of metal, rigid vinyl chloride resin, etc., for a rainwater pipe or the like, a curved plate 2 is freely vertically movably arranged at a front position of a laminate roll 1 and besides, a feed-in roll 3 is arranged between the laminate roll 1 and the curved plate 2. Then, by guiding the laminate film 5 by applying appropriate tension thereto with the curved plate 2, cross wrinkles are prevented from being generated with the feed-in roll 3. Further, a meandering-correcting cylinder 4 is at tached to the curved plate 4, and driving is controlled according to output from the meandering detecting sensor 6 which detects meandering of the laminate film 5.
