Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for loading a long material by bending an inclined arm so as to rotate the arm upwardly and supporting a rear part of a loading frame by a guide device and shifting the loading frame rearward at a load- carrying platform so as to reduce a rotational radius of the arm and a height of a front part of the loading frame from a level of a load-carrying platform while trucking.
CONSTITUTION: When a long material 3 is loaded on a load carrying platform 2, a cylinder 8 is contracted in order to rotate a first arm 22 upwardly. A front part of a loading frame 5 is moved along an arc line by pushing up the front part of the loading frame 5 above the load carrying platform 2 and a rear part of the loading frame 5 is slided on a roller 8 so as to incline the loading frame 5 toward a rear side of the platform 2. When the first arm 22 is rotated to a standing position, a restricting member 24 is contacted with a second arm 23 so as to restrict rotation of the first arm 22. Then, the cylinder 8 is contracted and the second arm 23 is rotated together with the first arm 22. Thereby, the rear portion of the loading frame 5 is moved down to a rear side of the platform 2 and the long material 3 is unloaded from the loading frame 5.
