Title:
DEVICE FOR MAGNETIC SHIELD OF TOUGH RUBBER SHEATH CABLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3471065
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the leakage magnetic field as the whole by forming the tough rubber sheath cable where the electrically conductive material is spirally wound around a core to mutually cancel the external magnetic field by the current flowing in the conductive material.
CONSTITUTION: In a tough rubber sheath cable for welding the stud bolt, the conductive cable 2 is spirally wound around the core 1 having the non- magnetism, the electric insulation, and the flexibility. In addition, the magnetic shield layer 3 is laminated. As a result, the current flowing in the cable 2 flows in a spiral manner, the preceding current and the succeeding current mutually cancel the outer magnetic field, and reduce the leakage magnetic field as the whole. A large leakage magnetic field is generated in the axial direction of the core 1 inside the spiral, but it is confined inside the spiral, leaving no problems. When an insulating protective layer 4 is provided outside the magnetic shield layer 3, the electrical insulation between the cables 2 is kept, and the leakage magnetic field is reduced by the distance attenuation, and the magnetic shield effect can be improved through the shape close to the parallel magnetic field.
