Abstract:
Provided is a device malfunction sign reporting apparatus (100) for reporting a sign of a malfunction of a device, comprising: an operation log acquisition unit (14) that acquires an operation log of the device; a malfunction sign rule database (23) that stores a malfunction sign rule in which operation log data of the device is associated with malfunction sign details of the device; a malfunction sign determination unit (24) that, when the operation log acquired by the operation log acquisition unit (14) corresponds to the operation log data in the malfunction sign rule, determines that there is a sign of a malfunction with the corresponding malfunction sign details; and a malfunction sign reporting unit (25) that reports the malfunction sign details determined by the malfunction sign determination unit (24).
