PURPOSE: To provide a design plan managing device capable of executing design plan management and design plan comparison by means of small memory capacity and automatically controlling the priority order of design plans.
CONSTITUTION: The design plan managing device has a design plan managing part 1 for defining a design plan by the reference operation of design information, a design plan conductive relation managing table 5 for managing conductive relation between plural design plans, a design plan comparing part 8 for relatively evaluating the performance of operation, the capacity of a resource, etc., based upon the differential information between plural design information, and a design plan extracting part 2 for allocating the priority order of design plans from correlation between the operation information and system resource information by means of a correlation table in operation operation information/ system design information 4.
