A device 30 for processing a job is connected to a job managing device 300, work state information of the job processing is given from a job processing stage monitoring agent 25 to a job schedule control agent 23 and it is recorded in an actual result table inside a schedule information database 28. Moreover, the job schedule control agent 23 updates the work schedule of the device 30 in accordance with the recording contents of the acutal result table. Thus, job information is inputted without considering the correction of the work schedule in order to reflect the actual work state of the device 30. In result, the input waiting of job information is prevented and the quick job processing is realized.
