PURPOSE: To provide an outgoings managing device capable of eliminating necessity for user's manual entery to a housekeeping book or the like, removing the overconsumption of respective resourcs by the grasp of current consumption and forecasting resource consumption or the like such as heat and light expenses in each month.

CONSTITUTION: The outgoings managing device 10 is constituted of a data input part 11 connected to various meters 20 for measuring respective resource consumptions and inputting the consumptions from the apparatuses 20 at a prescribed timing, a data management part 12 for storing the inputted data, a data processing part 13 for executing the forecasting operation of the consumptions for a fixed period based upon the resource consumption information and the proposed resource consumptions inputted from a user input part 30, and a data display part 14 for displaying the forecasting operation result when the result satisfies a prescribed condition.
