PURPOSE: To enable smooth releasing from the roll and smooth shearing work with good quality by forming the clearance corresponding to the end part of the blank at the side surface corresponding to the sheared corner part of the formed recess part or the formed projecting part.

CONSTITUTION: On a 1st roll 14, the formed recessed part 24a and the formed projecting part 25a of plural pieces of loopers are formed, and the flat part 26a are formed between them. And on a 2nd roll 15, the formed recess part 24b is formed opposing the formed recessed part 24a, and the flat part 26b is set similarly opposing the flat part 26a. And the slug grooves 41a, 41b are formed on the side wall opposing the forming blades composed of the formed projecting parts 25a and 25b, and the clearance is formed between the forming blades. This slug grooves 41a, and 41b are fully formed upto the longitudinal end part j-j' of the side wall of forming blades formed with the formed projecting part 25a and 25b respectively. Therefore, if the end part of the looper parts 27 and 28 formed by shearing is made so as to be stuck on the side wall of the formed projecting part 25a or 25b, the releasing from the roll is made good.
