Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of coagulation in a heat treatment operation so that fine powder material, as primary particles, wherein coagulation is not generated, can be obtained.
CONSTITUTION: For obtaining solid-like fine powder material S by applying a heat treatment operation to a fluid fine powder raw material L, there are provided a cylindrical vessel 1, into which fine powder raw material L is fed, while the vessel is horizontally supported and driven to rotate about an axis P, connection pipes 2 which are connected to the opposite closed ends of the vessel 1 respectively and disposed on the axis P, a large number of rolling mediums 3 which are received in the vessel 1 so as to be mixed together, and a heating means 4 for heating the vessel 1 and the mediums 3.
