Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method that does not cause a deviation of thickness at a mouth of a laminate tube vessel.

In the tube vessel mouth manufacturing device, an in-mouth pin is arranged at the center, a cylindrical body member is inserted into a metal mold which forms the tube vessel having a mouth forming cavity into which an aggregate of a ring-shaped resin is inserted in advance, the metal mold is mold-clamped, there is arranged a pressing core which has a shape corresponding to the mouth forming cavity and is elongated and contracted in the axial direction inside the body member, a center chip is arranged at the center of the tip face of the pressing core, the pressing core presses the center of the tip face of the in-mouth pin, and then a mouth is formed. A recess formed of a cylindrical recess having a tapered part in the inside direction and a conical recess which is connected to the cylindrical recess and protrusively formed is formed at the center of the tip face of the in-mouth pin, and a protrusion fitted with the recess is formed at the center of the tip face of the center chip.
