A rail 12 arrays unidirectionally the plurality of mounted blocks 102. A belt holding mechanism 13 holds the mounted center belt 101a freely rotatably along a circumferential direction thereof, and arranges one thereof in an under side of a distal end part 12a of the rail 12. A biasing mechanism 14 biases the plurality of blocks 102 along the rail 12 toward a distal end side thereof. A positioning mechanism 15 positions head blocks 112 to oppose an engagement groove 107a to the center 101a in a lower side, in a distal end side of the rail 12. The head blocks 112 are sequentially driven in toward the center belt 101a, and the plurality of blocks 102 is arrayed in the center belt 101a to be attached.
