Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for continuously mass-producing brown gas in which the consumption of water is automatically compensated.
SOLUTION: This device has an electrolyzer 10 provided with electrode plates, an electrolyte cooler 20 for cooling generated brown gas and the electrolyte, a gas collecting tank 25 for collecting the brown gas and storing an electrolyte to be supplied to the electrolyzer 10 and a feedwater tank 30 for cooling the brown gas and storing the water for replenishment to be supplied to the electrolyzer 10. The electrolyte in the gas collecting tank 25 is spontaneously supplied by gravity, and the replenishment water in the feed water tank 30 is automatically supplied by sensing the drawdown of the water level in the gas collecting tank 25.
