To provide an inexpensive device for measuring differential pressure which has a detection function for an anomaly of a pressure part such as failure of liquid-contact diaphragms or permeation of gaseous hydrogen into a pressure room.
The device for measuring differential pressure provided with a seal liquid, is characterized in that it is provided with a means for heating and cooling, and a means for detection. The means for heating and cooling heats or cools the filler liquid and changes temporarily internal pressure of the filler liquid. The means for detection compares a pattern of change in output generated in an operating condition of the means for heating and cooling with a normal condition of the device for measuring the differential pressure, and detects the failure or anomaly of the liquid-contacting diaphragms and the permeation of the gaseous hydrogen.
