The device for measuring the electric characteristics of a composite material includes: a ground plate; insulation support members arranged at predetermined intervals so as to support the composite material formed in a plate shape of a regular n-gon (n is an integer of five or more) with respect to the ground plate; multiple electrodes individually attached to respective sides of the composite material along the respective sides; multiple electric wires for electrically connecting the respective multiple electrodes to the ground plates; an input electrode arranged at the center of the composite material; a current generation part connected to the input electrode and the ground plate and imparting an electric current to the input electrode; and current sensors for measuring currents of the multiple electric wires.
