PURPOSE: To easily and accurately control the positions of length-measuring drum pieces and the positions of transfer blades for transferring a weft on a weft-winding surface of a drum, when the measuring length of the weft on the length measuring drum is changed.

CONSTITUTION: Plurally divided length-measuring drum pieces 11A-11D are attached to a drum holder 6 held in a stationery state in a state that the positions of the drum pieces can be adjusted in the radial direction. The first scale plate 29 for adjusting the positions of the length-measuring drum pieces 11A-11D are disposed on the surface of the drum holder 6. Transfer blades 24 are attached to an attaching plate 20 held in a stationery state in a state that the positions of the transfer blades can be adjusted in the radial direction. Further, the second scale plate 30 for adjusting the positions of the transfer blades 24 are disposed on the front surface of the attaching plate 20. The positions of the respective transfer blades 24 suitable for the positions of the length-measuring drum pieces 11A-11D are accurately adjusted with both the scale plates 29,30.
