Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently enlarge both a passing area gain and a band width and to provide signal components in plural different bands at the same time, so as to enhance a dynamic range and measuring sensitivity of a measured signal and to output the signal component of a desirable band concurrently from an integrator in each stage.
SOLUTION: This magnetism measuring device 100 is provided with a magnetic sensor 1 having a detection characteristic nonlinear with respect to magnetism, integrators 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 for conducting multiple-integration of amplified signals of magnetism detection currents Isensor output from the sensor 1, in order, to output magnetism-measured signals Out 1, Out 2, Out 3, feedback resistances R1, R2, R3 and feedback coil 4.
