Abstract:

To provide a device for measuring a snow accumulation and snow fall using electric conductivity.

The snow accumulation measurement device includes a collection container having an opening upward so as to accumulate snow fall; a mounting table for mounting the collection container; a first conductor arranged at the bottom of the collection container so as to come into contact with the snow accumulated in the collection container; a plurality of second conductors arranged on a side wall of the collection container along its height direction while spaced apart from each other, and brought into contact with the snow accumulated in the collection container; a power source electrically connected with the first conductor and the second conductors; and a detection sensor for detecting electric conduction of the first conductor and the second conductors through the snow accumulated in the collection container.
