Abstract:
To provide an abnormality detection device capable of early detecting abnormality generated in a machining tool of a machining device.
The abnormality detection device 1 for the machining tool 13 is constituted so as to have a vibration sensor 21 which is installed on the machining tool 13 machining by contracting a raw material, and measures the vibration amplitude of the machining tool 13, and a determination means 22 determining that the abnormality occurs in the machining tool 13, when the signal corresponding to the vibration amplitude measured by the vibration sensor 21 satisfies a predetermined requirement, after a predetermined time has elapsed from the contact of the machining tool 13 with the raw material.
