Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for performing more accurate load test by optimizing a swing-up angle without adding any heavy objects.
SOLUTION: Outer force devices 14 and 9 are equipped to regulate a swing-up angle by applying outer force to a bucket 7 for a test piece that is supported by a rotary stand 6 for generating 100 G so that it can be rocked freely and the test piece is placed. The outer force device 14 is a stopper that is fixed onto the rotary stand 6, controls the swing-up movement of the bucket 7 for test piece during the swing-up movement, and stops it at a theoretical position. Also, the outer force device is an eccentricity mechanism for suspending the bucket 7 with an eccentric rocking shaft.
