To avoid safely and at low cost, danger of fuel generated under high pressure, by arranging means for transmitting a signal concerning safety of traveling in a way that brake action can be corrected and the signal concerning safety of traveling can be supplied by being dependent on the modification of the brake action.
Fuel in a fuel tank 10 is pumped up by a delivering pump 20 and supplied to a fuel rail 35 to which a plurality of injectors 61 to 66 are connected, through a disconnecting valve 25, a high pressure delivering pump 30 and so on, and a circulation pipe line 45 in which a pressure control valve 40 is interposed is branched and connected to a fuel supply pipe line between the high pressure delivering pump 30 and the fuel rail 35. In this case, when a signal S concerning safety of traveling is inputted from an anti-lock system 200 in a control unit 100 to which the output signal of a pressure sensor 50 and so on is inputted, the cut-off valve 25 is closed or the pressure control valve 40 is released together with the action of a suitable brake by which safety of traveling is enhanced, thereby pressure of supply fuel is reduced.
