Abstract:
To provide a low-cost simple affixing means of decals to nails.
There are provided a device and a method for applying decals (16) to fingernails or toenails, the device (10) involving a substrate (11) and a plurality of decals (transfer picture) (16) temporarily affixed to a bottom surface of the substrate, wherein the substrate includes a central body portion (14), a plurality of stem portions (18) extending outwardly from the central body portion and a decal application tab portion (12) extending outwardly from each of the stem portions. The decal application tab portion has a size and shape corresponding to the size and shape of a human fingernail or toenail and has at least one decal temporarily affixed thereto.
