Abstract:
To provide a device for calibrating pipettes or feed systems which can be manufactured at a comparatively low cost, and to provide a device and a method for calibrating pipettes or feed systems which can be used even without knowing beforehand the density of a liquid to be measured.
The device 1 calibrating pipettes or feed systems includes a plate 2 which includes at least one channel 3. At least one channel 3 has an insert port 4 receiving a test volume of the liquid at one end and has an opening 5 at the other end, and is configured as a capillary tube.
