Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device and cleaning method capable of cleaning printing materials with high removing ratio.
SOLUTION: A main wiping section 111 is provided that contacts a rear face 5b of a mask 5 via a cleaning paper 11 at a rear section of a suction hole 17a in the moving direction V of an air suction section 17. As a result, the cleaning paper 11 can wipe a cream solder adhered to the rear face 5b of the mask 5 and a cream solder discharged from an opening section of the mask 5 by the suction from a suction hole 17a, then the cream solder on the mask 5 is cleaned with high removing ratio.
