Abstract:
To provide a climbing device for climbing an object such as a tree, a pole, a pipe, etc.
This climbing device is equipped with at least one actuator and at least two clamps 320, 340 movably attached to each actuator. Each of clamps 320, 340 has an opening in a size same as sectional dimension of an object 310 to be climbed even in a smallest case. A link member 330 is attached to clamps 320, 340. A controller controls motion of the climbing device.
