SOLUTION: When a control circuit 102 detects an incoming request from a communication line where an incoming call detecting circuit 112 in a communication control circuit 110 is connected to a connector 114 or an external device, the control circuit 102 feeds power supply to a communication system and makes the circuit 110 carry out communication. When a user desires communication, power supply is fed to the communication system in response to the operation of a communication switch of an operating device, and the communication control device 110 is made to carry out communication according to the telephone number or address of the other party which is inputted from the operating device 108 or is already registered. After the communication is finished, the information of the other party is associated with a transmitted image and is recorded on a recording medium 300 when the information of the other party such as the telephone number and a user ID is set to be automatically stored.
