To provide a Coriolis flowmeter to be fitted to a proper end side flange required for a user when being served for commercial use, while manufacture, test, balance adjustment, or inventory storage thereof is performed without the flange.
In the flowmeter 700 having a case 703 storing a single straight flow tube 701 surrounded by a balance bar 702, the balance bar ends are coupled by means of a brace bar 709 to the flow tube as well as by case connect links 710 to the inner wall of the case. The flow tube projects beyond the case end 704 and is sealably coupled to a cone connect element 723. In order to reduce a surface area of the flow tube which is affected by welding between the case end and a ridged portion of an end side flange, a void is formed by the flow tube outer surface, the inner surface of the cone connect element and the end side flanges. The case connect links contain a bent part to be adaptive to a change in the effective diameter due to a change of thermal conditions of the case and the balance bar.
