A pipe connecting device includes: a joint member 2 having an insertion hole, into which a temporary pipe 20 for supplying a washing liquid is inserted and supported, and having an installation part 3 to be installed in an open end part 11 of an object to be washed; an electromagnet means 8 provided in the joint member 2 to attract the joint member 2 to the open end part 11 for fixation; and a movement regulating means provided in a hole edge of the insertion hole, being locked on an outer peripheral surface of an end part of the temporary pipe 20 inserted into the open end part 11 through the insertion hole, to regulate the movement of the temporary pipe 20 in a direction of removing from the joint member 2.
