Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten a construction period by a method wherein gusset blocks are disposed in parallel by means of an inclining, aligning means, held by a holding means, and lifted upward, all together, by a lifting means, and are stacked in vertical and horizontal directions in succession by means of a stacking means.
CONSTITUTION: Gusset blocks 3 of hand drum-shape are inclined in a certain direction and disposed in parallel in such a manner that a corner of sides of each block 3 is fitted in a V-shaped engaging fixture 9 of a block mount 7. Next, a lifting device 12 is lowered from above to bring a V-shaped joining part 13 into contact with an axial part 3c of the block 3, following which a wire 23 connected to a hanger rod 17 of the device 12 is pulled out by means of a lifting machine to hold the axial part 3c of the block 3 between a holding arm 15 with a claw 15a and a drive arm 16. And a plularity of blocks 3 held are pulled up all together at the same time by means of the device 12. Further the blocks 3 are carried to a stacking place and stacked successively in vertical and horizontal directions, and thereafter concrete, rubbles, etc., are put into gaps between the parts 3c.
