PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact of edges of dog teeth in meshing operation.SOLUTION: A controller 5 includes a first unreliable section determination unit 54 for determining whether a rotation angle θa of a counter shaft 232 is within a range D1 or not, a second unreliable section determination unit 64 for determining whether a rotation angle θb of a main shaft 231 is within a range D2 or not, a speed change start determination unit 70 for instructing start of meshing operation of a first dog clutch 24 and a second dog clutch 25 when a phase difference between a rotation angle θ1 of the first dog clutch 24 and a rotation angle θ2 of the second dog clutch 25 is within a prescribed range F, and a prohibition command unit 80 for prohibiting the instruction of start of the meshing operation by the speed change start determination unit 70 when the first unreliable section determination unit 54 and the second unreliable section determination unit 64 determine that at least one of the rotation angle θa and the rotation angle θb is within the ranges D1, D2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
