Abstract:
To accurately determine abnormality, which is caused by a defect in a cutting tip and the like, by a simple constitution in processing for forming a V-cut groove.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device detects abnormality in a mold for forming a groove part in a plate-like member to be processed. The abnormality detection device comprises: detection means for detecting the property of a surface on the opposite side of a processed surface of the member to be processed, which is formed with the groove part; and determination means for determining the abnormality in the mold, on the basis of information on the detection of the property of the surface, which is detected by the detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
