Title:
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING ABNORMALITY OF ROTARY BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007139694
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an abnormality detecting device and method of a rotary body capable of improving detection accuracy without increasing time delay and the memory amount in detection.

The abnormality detecting device of the rotary body comprises a measurement stage 11 for measuring various physical quantities of the rotary body under rotation, an extraction stage 21 for extracting a signal synchronized with the rotation of the rotary body from data measured by the measurement stage 11, a determination stage 31 for determining the state of the rotary body from the signal extracted by the extraction stage 21, and an abnormality warning stage 41 for warning the abnormality when the determination stage 31 determines the abnormality. The extraction stage 21 has a plurality of adaptive digital filters having charge of respective frequency bands obtained by dividing an objective frequency, has charge of the frequency bands in respective adaptive digital filters, extracts a signal synchronized with the rotation, determines a signal that has no correlation to the rotation from the data measured by the measurement stage 11 and the signal synchronized with the rotation extracted by the extraction stage 21, and optimizes the adaptive digital filters using the determined signal having no correlation to the rotation.
