Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a detector for corresponding certainty between stereo pictures that can realize correspondence between the picture feature points on stereo pictures without rearranging epipolar lines for example.
CONSTITUTION: The device 39 is comprised of a first linear calculation part 63 which calculates a first straight line Ll (i) that passes from a first view point XOl to a picture feature point xl (i) ↑ on a picture 61, a second linear calculation part 64 which calculates a second straight line Lr (j) that passes from a second view point XOr to a picture feature point xr (j) ↑ on a picture 62, a distance calculation part 65 for calculating the distance between the first and second straight lines Ll (i) and Lr (j), and a certainty determination part 67 which determines the certainty Cd (i, j) using the distance d (i, j) as a parameter.
