Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute the operation to verify and print securities such as a check with high operability.
SOLUTION: In this device, a paper feeding route 9 comprises a carrying feature 3 with a feeding port 6 at the head, a printing feature 4 and a reading feature 5 in this order, and a recording medium 8 is carried into the inside of the device by the feature 3 and placed between a pressure roller 51 and a detector 52 which belong to the feature 5. Next, the medium 8 is pressed by the roller 51 and closely brought into contact with the detector 52, and a prescribed item that is recorded on the medium 8 is detected with the medium 8 pulled by the feature 3. Thereby, read errors are reduced because the wrinkles and sags of the medium 8 are stretched out. Then, a printing feature 4 performs printing processing based on a read content, and the medium 8 is discarded from the port 6. Working efficiency is desirable and a used space can be reduced.
