Abstract:
To determine whether or not a marine vessel has abnormality.SOLUTION: A method for determining abnormality includes: estimating a vessel speed and a pitch angle of a hull 11 based on thrust force (thrust) of an outboard engine 12 and an inclination angle of the outboard engine 12; actually measuring the vessel speed and the pitch angle; and determining whether or not a marine vessel 10 has abnormality based on at least one of a comparison result between the estimated vessel speed and the actually measured vessel speed and a comparison result between the estimated pitch angle and the actually measured pitch angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
