A movement imparting means 1 for imparting movement from the outside is driven by motors 14a, 14b and 17 so as to impart the movement stimulation from the outside to a user. A near IR spectroscope 5 measures a physiological measurement value (oxygen consumption) related to the amount of metabolism of the user during exercise. An evaluating means 6 acquires the amount of metabolism on the basis of the physiological measurement value measured by the near IR spectroscope 5. A movement control means 4 moves the movement imparting means 1 by changing a movement pattern by a prescribed period of time, and then stores the individual movement patterns in accordance with the amount of metabolism acquired by the evaluating means 6.
