Abstract:
To provide a device for recording/reproducing a disk compatible with both types of a Hi-MD and a conventional MD for improving usability.
Music contents are recorded in tracks excluding a last track by EFM modulation which is a first modulation system, U-TOC information is recorded in a lead-in track by the first modulation system, and various contents such as music contents or image contents are recorded in the last track by 17PP modulation which is a second modulation system.
